Roman Shmundyak is a serial entrepreneur with many years of experience in real estate, investments, transportation, and education. Roman’s journey in real estate started in 2003 when he first obtained his real estate license and started working with Masterpiece Communities. After closing over 100 real estate transactions, he transitioned to the niche "in town" loft and condominium market, where he successfully handled sales and marketing of Troy Peerless Lofts and A&P Lofts for Miller-Gallman Developers. During the financial crisis of 2008, Roman became a partner in Atlanta Skyline Realty where he assisted investors with the purchase of distressed properties. In 2010 in order to diversify his business portfolio, Roman took interest in the transportation industry and purchased his first semi-truck.
